Unstoppabl and Circle Health Group Team Up for Game-Changing Sleep Revolution Seminar

With over 40 delegates in attendance from Circle Health Group, this immersive event - Better Sleep for Health and Performance, provided attendees with cutting-edge research, practical strategies, and a fresh perspective on the transformative power of sleep.

The seminar kicked off with an exploration of the foundational role of sleep in physical health, mental wellbeing, and professional productivity. Delegates were introduced to key factors such as nutrition, the impact of caffeine and alcohol, and how to manage sleep amid irregular work hours.

Nick Johnston-Davis and Ryan, co-presenters for the event, shared personal experiences, adding depth and relatability to the scientific research presented. Delegates learned about how sleep affects cognitive functions, the risks of sleep deprivation on health, and the impact of the menopause on sleep quality.

Amanda Phillips, Executive Director from Circle Health, connected with Unstoppabl following a previous session delivered by Unstoppabl in London. After experiencing the impact of Unstoppabl’s work with hospital managers from across London, the South East, and South West, Amanda was eager to bring her team together at this seminar to support their wellbeing.
