How’s your running form looking?

Good running form can be the difference between an ‘easy’ run and getting injured. Here are a couple of videos with the most common problems and how to fix them.

Do you warm up and cool down, before and after your runs?

Whether it’s during your training, or on race day, a warmup is essential to get you ready for your run. Going into your marathon with cold muscles is a sure fire way to pick up an injury early on in your run. A good warm up also prevents that feeling of getting out of breath at the start of your run. Get to the start line ready and primed to run with a good warm up.

Why should you cool down? If you’ve ever had that feeling of heavy legs or waking up and feeling stiff the day after your run, doing a proper cool down after your run will help your recovery and get you ready for that next training run. Here are 3 videos if you’re short on time.
